2022 - participation in an exhibition at the HSE art gallery. Moscow.
Total installation including:
Lenticular 30 x 30 cm
Lego sculpture 30 cm
Portrait of a character on a mirror base 120 x 120 cm
Comic book printed on rice paper 120 x 120 cm
In my works this cat character appears in critical situations and turns the plot for the better. He somehow turns out to be a part
of "providence" or "destiny", which the main characters do not control. In fact, this character is a fate-bearer and has to be everywhere
simultaneously, as a reminder that fate is watching you.
That is why the character has four eyes. He often appears not only
in my gallery works but also on posters and stickers in street space.
In this installation, you can watch how my character is born through
the paints, highlights, and mirrors, which on the one hand reflect
the world, and on the other hand — explore subspace worlds.

Materials: aerosol cans, chipboard 180 x 150 cm
2022 - Photo exhibition at the Flacon. Moscow.
A series of works dedicated to street fashion as a social reflection
and urban spaces.
2021 - exhibition at the Gallery "Here on Taganka" Moscow.
Curator Andrei Bartenev.
Materials: photo, palettes, foam board.
This is a work about self-discovery and growing up, about relationships between people about creativity that unites my collage
with my mom's photos used in it.
Any person, like my work, is made up of many layers,
an outer layer and an inner layer, and so on, and I wanted to express
this state and show how deep inside everything intersects because
it's not visible from the outside, so the work has a second part which
is a cover that covers the inside of the work.
Brand identity of the brand "JF"
The name of the brand was formed from the moniker "Juliette Freiya", under which I worked as a street artist. Over time, it was shortened to the initials "JF" and became the name of my brand.
Using the design that I create, I try to integrate art into the environment, not only with the help of static things but also by allowing the person
to become the art bearer. The person is always on the move, traveling or just following their routine ways, while somehow communicating my character’s idea to be everywhere at the same time.
All the images created for the brand are made in the linocut technique,
All the items are handmade to emphasize the craftsmanship of my project and available for purchase.
I support the trend of sustainable development by making sculptures and key chains from old lego that customers bring me or designing the cover for AirPods by combining my characters and the ideas that the customer comes to me with. In this way the pieces become unique and not repetitive, supporting my perhaps utopian idea of reducing the distance between the viewer and art and that art has a place in everyday life.

Deconstruction of the artist. Andrei Berger.
For this deconstruction project, I've chosen a multimedia artist
Andrei Berger, who works at the intersection of art, science, and new technologies.
His style is characterized by high elaboration of details at the intersection of graffiti and abstraction. Graphics and augmented reality are the starting points of the artist's work, which I have emphasized.

Deconstruction of the artist. Hieronymus Bosch.
For my artist deconstruction project, I chose the utopian worlds
of Hieronymus Bosch. For me, Bosch is the visionary of the Northern Renaissance and the first surrealist who drew his images
from alchemy, which is still relevant today.

Social project "Touching"
A social project made in poster technique.
I consider in this project the interaction of people with themselves
and society through the body and corporeality, using the body
as an element of great plasticity, and combinations of form
and counter-form as a visual technique.
According to my idea, QR codes on the posters lead to a project dedicated to stress management techniques, meditation, and breathing practices.

"MISSING PEOPLE" Project
"MISSING PEOPLE" is a nation of missing things, creatures, phenomena, events, and places.
This nation collects into its world all things lost and forgotten
by people, not only objects but also myths, fantastic creatures,
and everything that goes into oblivion and is forgotten by mankind.
Their world is fully functional because of the lost things.

Phigital. Physical+ digital
Phigital is the process of manifestation of the phenomenon
of flickering, in which the successive transition from the physical
world to the digital world, leaves its imprints and manifests the glitch effect, in turn, the glitch phenomenon reflects the essence of digital aesthetics.
I explored this process in analog format by simulating the glitch phenomenon in color and black and white.
Materials: scotch tape, plasticine, acrylic, felt-tip pens, watercolor.
and coated paper.

Development of visual style and characters for the comic book "1984"
The theme of character development for my comic book was Orwell's dystopia novel "1984". The novel was written right after World War II, but even today, when it comes to the surveillance of intelligence agencies, everyone immediately remembers the phrase: "Big Brother
is watching you".
Orwell predicted the rise of television, described modern video surveillance systems, and anticipated the idea of numerous "reality shows", which are now broadcast in many countries, most people from children to the older generation conduct mini-reality show every day
and give out tons of information about themselves completely voluntarily.
One of the inventions in the novel was "newspeak". This idea has become so ingrained in society that nowadays most teenagers now reduce their speech to acronyms that are only understood by a certain circle of people.
I believe that modern dystopias are important in modeling the future
of the world. Progress is going on and what was once only a prediction is now our reality, which gives us a certain motivation to keep exploring the world.

Online comic strip "Reflection"
A series of comic strips, tells the adventures of a street cat. I used liners
and markers, I wanted to achieve a quick sketch effect.
and a slight sloppiness in the lines, and on some of the slides.
I added blotches and used counterform as one of the ways to show movement in the frame.
In my comics, this cat character appears in critical situations and turns the plot for the better. He somehow Turns out to be a part
of "providence" or "destiny", which the main characters do not control.
In fact, this character is a fate-bearer and has to be everywhere
at the same time, as a reminder that fate is watching you. That is why the character has four eyes, and he often appears not only in my gallery works, but also on posters and stickers in street space. In this work, you can see how my character is born through the paints, highlights,
and mirrors, which on the one hand reflect the world, and on the other hand - explore subspace worlds. My character is into street art movement and stickerbombing because he lives in the street and has
a lot of friends who are characters by other artists.
The plot of my comic is about the mix of two realities and merging with my character. In the process of drawing, I get dirty in the paint
and the paint, like my character, absorbs me and transports
me to the world I painted. In this world, I have friends with whom
I create street art, we have fun, collaborate, paint posters, and do
an exhibition and the process of turning back from a character into me happens through the flash of a camera.
The comic, once rendered, was animated and published in an online format.

Developing an offline magazine " JF"
This year I tried for the first time to publish my graphic comic
in an online format and I decided to think about what could be
a periodical offline magazine in which
where I would talk about my collaborations and new merch. I thought
it would be cool if it came out in hardcover book format with slits
and gaps for the cover pages to emphasize the craftsmanship of my project, since I do all my artwork and illustrations in linocut style and
it would be cool to have a collection of these books to track the history of the brand and put them in my offline store.

Infinite story. Suprematism.
The media space is overloaded with a huge amount of information nowadays, so I created a book in the format of an endless story
with abstract suprematist compositions for daily meditation
on geometric abstractionism.
Materials: photos, vellum, journals, colored paper.

2018 - Collages from the group exhibition at the House of Schepkin. Moscow. Curator Roman Ermakov.
This work is about my relationship with time. Studying the history of my family I came across such a relic as century-old newspapers.
And for me, these collages are an attempt to transgress / embed myself in this interesting time when such events as ballooning or hang gliding took place. As for all teenagers, the topic of identity and family
is very acute. And I wanted to show collaboration with my family, with archival footage and footage of my mom, and to reveal the theme
of acceptance of myself, my history, and my family.
I think the work is very symbolic in this exhibition because here we can see the work of young contemporary artists embedded in the historical heritage.

2021 - group exhibition at the gallery "Here on Taganka" curated by Andrei Bartenev. Moscow
In my work I used the technique of poster style, which was relevant during the various revolutions in Russia and many artists used this technique to express public or political opinion!
By using a certain rhythm I wanted to emphasize the chaotic nature
of the surrounding world and deconstruct the usual prohibitive signs and play on the contrast.
This work is an attempt to go beyond my own boundaries and to build an interaction with the outside world.
On the one hand, I am an adult and ready for big actions on the other hand as a teenager I am afraid to go beyond my limits so the work has such a contrast of large format with the text focused in the center showing not only the rhythm but also conveying the tension.
Material: mixed technique acrylic + collage

Visual research: "Fulfilled predictions from dystopias in art and design"
The development of art and design always follows the path of updating techniques, searching for new forms of existence of a work. Today writers are experimenting with the form of the work, trying to break
the boundaries of the usual, established, traditional, to use methods and techniques of other types of art.
Anti-utopias are characterized by active innovation, search for new genre varieties, and artistic principles.
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the problems considered in dystopias are now urgent problems of the modern world. Man wants to know what will be
with this world further and finds options for the development
of civilization in the books of the genre of dystopia. Progress does not stand still and what was once just a prediction is now our reality, which gives us
a certain motivation.
to continue to explore the world. The postmodern aesthetic
and cultural situation on a global scale favors the development
of the genre of dystopia. Against this background, the study of vivid examples of modern dystopian literature is very important and timely.
important and timely. The relevance is also seen in the fact that
in the interpretation of the text, there is still room for a new angle
of consideration of contemporary problems.

A visual research "Digital Art"
"Digital art" has changed its name several times since its inception:
it was once called computer art, then multimedia art or cyber art,
but today the term "digital art" is often used along with another term, "media art", or more precisely "art of new forms", which at the end
of the 20th century was mostly used in relation to film and video,
as well as sound art and all sorts of hybrid forms. The word "new" is an iconic word here it indicates the fluidity of terminology.
Through visual research, we can not only trace the history that has brought us to the digitalization of the world around us and the art world, but we can also speculate on what comes next. This research immerses one into the development of technology that helps humanity push the boundaries of how we perceive our surroundings.
I believe that technology is a crucial part of cultural transformation.
The world is changing at an unimaginable rate and it is now difficult
to predict with certainty the future of digital art.
I believe that at the intersection of digital, biological, and nanotechnology, new forms of "smart" interfaces will remain in the lives of future generations and art for a long time to come.
